Madison Square Garden is located in New York, NY and is home to the New York. This arena is nicknamed “The World’s Most Famous Arena”  because of the history and location which is also why it ranks #1 on my NBA arenas.  It is the second oldest arena in the NBA which means it has had many famous events in it’s many years.  It has one the most premier locations in all of sports venues because of the location in Manhattan which is one of the busiest arenas in the United States.  After many years, they unveiled 1 billion dollars in renovations in 2013.  It added many modern features such as wifi and an updated video scoreboard.  They also added sky bridges over the court so fans can look directly down on the action.   It’s capacity of 19,812 is about middle of the NBA for capacity.
